please let me know about the universities which offer Phd in image processing.. my gre score is low 294.. pls provide me the colleges which offer funding for phd and what score we need to get if we require full funding.. provide the information regarding the universities offering doctoral programs so that it is very helpful for the ones like me
I am studying M.Tech in CSE from National Institute of Technology Karnataka,Surathkal(2nd sem).My B.Tech CGPA is 8.37; 12th-83%; 10th-82% several projects,mini-projects. I want to do phd in us..so what will be the appropriate time for taking GRE;what are the chances of getting chance in a university among the top 40.. P.S.--I require not only tuition waiver but also good stipend.
You have to give ur Gre and toefl. Depending on the scores ,u can knw whether u can get into top 40 univs! Dnt worry abt tuition waiver etc. 99% of phds surely get funding
